The Law Office of Joel Rodriguez
We provide assistance in a broad range of legal issues to individuals and businesses in the greater Houston area, including Montgomery and Fort Bend Counties. For individuals, we provide guidance on such matters as employment law issues, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge. We also provide assistance with estate planning and administration, and family law issues such as divorce.
For businesses, we assist with business entity formation, the negotiating and drafting of contracts, and other business related agreements. We assist both individuals and businesses with real estate transactions.

Education
Joel Rodriguez attended the University of Houston where he earned a bachelor of science in political science. After graduating from the University of Houston, Joel attended South Texas College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate in the spring of 2010.
While attending South Texas College of Law, Joel completed internships with the U.S. Department of Justice in D.C. and the Harris County Attorney’s Office.

Personal Profile
Joel is happily married, and the father of two young boys. When not hanging out with his family or practicing law, Joel enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, running, road cycling and strength training.
